What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens to information you share through this website, www.mpwell.com. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a client of MP Wellness, which explains how your health information is protected under federal and California law.
The contact form is not for health details
The contact form is for getting in touch: your name, how to reach you, what kind of help you’re looking for and, if it applies, your child’s age. Please don’t include private health details, diagnoses or anything urgent. Web forms and email are not the right place for sensitive information. Dr. Paul will talk with you by phone.
What we collect and why

We don’t sell your information. We don’t use advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.
Cookies
If analytics is turned on, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of inquiries, then deleted. If you become a client, your records are kept as required by California law, as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a message you sent through the website, or ask what we have, by calling (310) 953-5009 or emailing dr.paul@mpwell.com.
Changes
If we change how the website handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
